Can I add multiple participants on issues in Jira Kanban project?

Hi there,

I am currently working on a Jira project management tool (Software Dev., Kanban). On some issues, I would like to add multiple assignees so as to not duplicate the same issue and clog the board. Currently, we are tagging other assignees in issues but this is not a sustainable way to show contribution.

Is this possible, and if so, how would I go about this?

The issues only has one assignee, it nos possible add more user.

You could do:

• Create a customfield multiuser and use in issues.
• Create subtask for every user
• Add users to watcher
