Can I create groups inside of Portal group

Hey, so I want to connect that on Refined portal. Issue is I have 4 different types of group lets name them by colors: Red, Blue, Green, Yellow

Now, when I hit Red group I will get option to raise a ticket/request. Thing that I want is when I click on Red group, I want to have option for Black, Gold, White inside of that Red group

Is it somehow possible to do that

Hi @Stefan Rodic 

I don't believe a 3rd level is possible at the moment unfortunately. I was used to a 3 Tier (Service > Category > Subcategory) navigation prior but had to conform to the Portal Group > Request Type two tier system. The way we make it work currently is using forms we will sometimes have a field that acts like a 3rd tier in the navigation, such as a generic Access request type then an application dropdown field and using that field have conditional form sections show.
