Can I display an QR on a customer portal ?

Hello Community,

I had one query regarding JSM customer portal  (cloud).I have created an MS-form and also i have a QR for that i want to display that QR image on my customer portal is there any plugin or any other method through which i can achieve this requirement or in place of that can i display link of the form on customer portal?

Portal and help center have limited places where you can add a QR code, which in my opinion will not be suitable for you. What I can propose is to you Refined (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1218481/refined-for-jira-cloud?tab=overview&hosting=cloud) which might suit your need. I suggest you start an evaluation installation and try out its capabilities.
