I've created a board for my service desk team.
Also, can I create multiple boards for the same service management project?
Hi, @Stephen Chisholm! ☀️
By default your service project has access to queues but you can enable board or calendar views to better organize work & requests.
You can name the board in the settings, but currently the board doesn’t display that name anywhere in the view. At the moment, you can only add one board per service project.
If you want to set up multiple boards for a project or a single board to pull in issues across multiple projects, you would need to start from a Jira Software company managed project.
Hi @Stephen Chisholm ,
You can change the name of the board - can you share the location wherein you need the 'name' ?

The name of the board is "Active Tickets in DSD".
Currently display is:
If board name is a required field when creating the board, it implies you can create multiple boards. I haven't figured out how to create additional boards, but I'd assume the board name would be displayed somewhere.
