It is great that we can now have board views in JSM! But is it possible to have more than one board? I have more than one team working in my project and it would be good if they could have a board view each. So far I haven't found a way to do that, only to configure the one existing board.
We use JSM for Incident Management and Jira for Software Development.
Most of our JSM-Agents are used to work with Jira an Kanban-Boards.
We decided to give the Teams the options with which they want to work with JSM-Issues.
1. JSM Queues
2. Integration of JSM Issues in Jira-Kanban-Boards
3. Using Dashboards, configured for each Team with view on whatever they need, JSM-Issues, Jira-Issues, Charts, Own Issues,...
Most of our Teams use Jira-Board, second most use a Dashboard. The JSM-Queue is almost not in Usage.
Maybe thos can help you, findiung a suitable way for your Teams.
Thank you. Most of our team is used to working with the queues but we do have occasion where the kanban board can be useful - it is just very busy with there being only one. Also, our JSM agents won't have Jira licences.

No this is not an option.
This is also not in the concept of a JSM project.
For JSM the queues concept is the basis to provide teams there own queue, to only have to work from that point.
The only option you could make as a work around that is described here:
Creating-a-Second-Agile-Board-for-Team-Managed-or-JIra-Work
The down side is you need to use the url to the board directly as this board can't be shown on the project.

Thank you. Our agents will only work in JSM and not Jira.
