Can I recover deleted knowledge base articles?

I accidentally deleted our knowledge base articles in Jira. 

Is there any way for me to recover them?

Did you remove the articles?  Or delete the page in Confluence?  I tried to delete a knowledge base article in my JSM, and all I could do was remove the article from the category.  But the Article is still in the articles section of my JSM project.  

Do you have a screenshot we can take a look at?
