I have a team managed Kanban Board. Out team wants to have visibility on all tickets created by us or are assigned to our team from different boards.
Is there a way to auto duplicate or can 2 Jira tickets be shown in 2 boards? I'm thinking that when the following fields reporter, assignee, and or team is/are from our team, the Jira ticket that was created will be visible from our own board.
Thanks in advance for your help

No, team-managed boards cannot be configured to include issues from other projects, it can only show issues within the project. It is only work-managed projects/boards that can show issues from other projects since the board has a filter associated with it that can be changed.
@Mikael Sandberg thanks for explaining this. Do you have any recommendations on how can we easily monitor tickets related to our team?

If your team's tickets are across multiple projects and you want to stay with your team-managed project then your options are limited. You could create a filter that shows all the issues, or you could use an app like Structure or JXL.
The best option would be to move to a company-managed project, because then you will be able to configure the filter that the board is using so it can include tickets from multiple projects.

@Mikael Sandberg Follow up question. Is it possible to have a company managed Software development Kanban board?

Yes, you can create both Kanban and Scrum boards in a company-managed project, and you can have multiple ones and mix them if you like. One example is if you have multiple teams working in the same project, you could have a board for each team.

Thank you @Mikael Sandberg !
if I have a Kanban company managed board and I made Jira tickets from other board be visible to my board, can I have those tickets be shown in my timeline too?

Hello @Jean Geraldine Gatus
No. With the Standard subscription you have access to only the "basic" Timeline, and that can be used only with an agile Board that references a single project. The basic Timeline cannot display for Boards that references multiple projects.

No, currently Timeline is only designed for a single project, so if your board includes multiple projects the timeline will not be shown. You would have to use Plans instead, which is available on premium and up.

You just have to configure your filter well on each board.
