At this moment I can no longer set myself or anyone else as a watcher of a incident in JSM using the Jira cloud app for iOS
I click on the ‘eye’ to set watchers and nothing happens.
on previous versions of the app it would allow me to set myself as watcher of any other user
Hi Miguel,
Did you open the ticket? What's Atlassian answer? I'm having the same problem.
Dani
Hi Dani,
Unfortunately no. Atlassian only allows the creation of the ticket by an admin and I've reported to my admins, but have had no response. So please if you are an admin or have easier access to one that can open please do.
right now I have to copy the link on the app and open it in a browser in order to be able to watch the ticket which before I could just do it directly on the app. What a time waister...

Thanks Miguel. I'm Jira Admin, so I've opened a ticket. Will let you know if I get any answer.

Got an answer:
Thank you for your prompt response.
I contacted the product team, and they let me know that this is a known issue and has already been fixed. It will be released on the v221.
I'm afraid due to the holidays, we don't have a certain ETA for the next release but what I heard from my colleagues is that it'll be soon.
That said, I'm looking forward to hearing back from you. Please let me know if you have any additional questions or concerns regarding our case.
Thank you kindly.

Unfortunately to report to Atlassian Support you need to be a Administrator, which I'm not.
I reported to my Jira Admins let's see. But this was working fine in previous IOS apps versions.

Hi @Miguel Soares welcome to the community. I just did a quick check in my app and I can replicate the issue.
I would suggest creating a ticket with Atlassian Support and having them weigh it. Looks like an issue that Atlassian needs to address.
Hope that helps.
