Can't able to add users in existing service desk project

Hi All,

I tried to add users to the existing service desk project but it's showing me below error.

Is anyone will help me to resolve this issue.

Hi Jack,

1. I have tried with a different browser but it's showing me the same error

2. I can't able to make any other changes within the project setting. ( I am site admin )

3. I have checked the permission scheme and I am trying to add my name in Administer Projects permission but I can't able to add a name (again it's showing me an error which I have attached in an above screenshot.)

Hi @vrushali.hasbe , is this problem repeatable? Can you try the following:

  1. try a different browser
  2. are you able to make any other changes within project settings
  3. can you check the permission scheme to ensure it is not browse only
