Can the service management integration with company website

Can the Jira service management be integrated with a company web site so the clients can log into our company web portal and open a case and submit it online

They can track the progress as it is updated

On your website, you can use:

However, if you want to show Jira Cloud as part of your own domain, you'll need a Premium or Enterprise license. This allows you to add a custom domain, so it no longer appears as *.atlassian.net. Check: https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/add-a-custom-domain/

Hi @Stephen Ila,

Welcome to the community.

Have you tried using Forms to get the required data from the customers visiting your portal?

https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/create-an-issue-using-a-form/

Other than this, I would suggest adding a hyperlink or redirection to the portal from your website, so that the users can login to the portal via that link and track cases in the JSM Portal UI directly.

First, to give you the straightforward answers: 1) Yes, Jira Service Management can be integrated with a company website, and 2) Yes, your clients can log into the company web portal to open cases.

Lastly, a big heads up! There is a very important warning at the bottom of the 1st link that should be at top. It warns that you must be a Statuspage and JSM admin, so be sure to have the correct admin permissions set for this task.
