Can we force users not to include their signature on replies?

Replies to our service desk is very long from images and their signature.

Can this be removed? It is making support tickets very long

Looks like there is an active feature request for this:

but currently its not possible.

On the newest Service Desk versions, there is now functionality that will stop them being created as attachments each time they submit their reply.
