We want to only give access to our support channels to logged-in users of Jira. To do this, we set our project customer permissions to "restricted." This morning, we noticed that when the project customer permissions are set to "restricted," the feedback widgets in our application disappear.
Is there a way for us to restrict access to support to just logged in Jira users while keeping the feedback widgets in our applications?

As per the documentation, the widget requires an OPEN portal. The widget does not provide login functionality.
