Can we have multiple organization (different domain) in the same customer portal with standard plan?

Hi community lead

IT helpdesk is support company group with multiple organization (different domain name). they wish to set up portal which include users coming from different domain. Is it possible to do with standard plan license.

  1. Create Multiple Organizations: Set up separate organizations for each group or company, regardless of domain.
  2. Add Users to Organizations: Manually add users to their respective organizations. There's no restriction based on email domain.
  3. Shared Customer Portal: All users can access the same portal to submit tickets.
  4. Visibility Control: Configure whether users within an organization can see each other’s requests, ensuring privacy and structure.

Yes, you can have multiple organizations (different domain names) in the same Jira Service Management customer portal with the Standard Plan.

  • Each organization can include users from different domains.

  • You need to configure organizations in Jira Service Management and assign users to them.

  • Users can submit requests through the same portal, and you can filter/manage requests based on the organization.

  • You’ll need to manage permissions and possibly customize the portal based on the organization.
