Non-profit agency had Jira service desk which expired 2 years ago.
They have 65 users and 3 agents/IT admins - MS 365 and MS Teams.
Need help with the following:
1. Client wants to activate Jira Service Desk/Service Management from within Teams
2. Would like annual subscription with support for the 3 agents - is this possible with the current subscription packages?
Yes, the pricing for Jira Service Management has pricing for just 3 agents. If you go to the JSM Pricing page, you can input "3" at the prompt at the top of the page and all prices shown will reflect each subscription level with 3 agents.
As of right now (April 14, 2022), it appears for 3 agents, the pricing is as follows:
Free Plan - $0 for 3 agents
Standard Plan - $600 annual for 3 agents
Premium Plan - $1,350 annual for 3 agents
