Hey community,
I am wondering - in JSM portals (helpcenter), instead of having a URL like https://<mycompany.atlassian.net>, can I have my own URL (example: https://mycompany.mycompanydomain.com) which will redirect then to the same JSM portal?
My usecase is that I want to keep a URL which is externally known by customers and I want to silently lead them to a new JSM portal.
Ideas?
Hm, this is good to know. However, if we add a custom domain for let's say JSM, then would it apply to all of the JSM portals?
My specific usecase is that I am dealing with an existing URL (external domain) which I want to forward only to a specific URL for one JSM project portal.
You can add a custom domain for JSM and Jira; both URLs can be distinct for each product.
