Hi,
I am trying to add new customers to our Service Desk but when I try to add them I am presented with the error 'Cannot add user, all the user directories are read-only'.
This has just started happening unexpectedly and to my knowledge no permissions have been changed.
Can anyone explain the reasoning behind this error please?

First of all, apologies for the trouble caused. We have identified an issue with Jira Service Desk customer invite functionality(including via REST API) and we are currently rolling out the fix.
