Cannot find Configuration button in Assets

I am trying to turn on Assets Data Manager, but the main Assets screen does not show a Configuration button.

Is this restricted regionally or it should be visible due to the fact it was an Open Beta?

Found it in the main config wheel icon in the upper right: General settings. I got confused since Demo videos were showing it in the middle of the screen.
