Cannot find insight

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
Insight is no longer a plugin right? All I should have to do is have a premium license and Jira-administrator rights.
If this is correct, then why do I not see insight as a option in the pull down menu?
