Cannot see on-call users telephone number in Jira but can in OpsG

There seems to be no way to get hold of the on-call users phone number in Jira, but in OpsG you just click their name and you get a tooltip with their contact info.

Has anyone found a way to get this info yet?

As an admin in Jira I cannot even see someones phone number.

Seems like a huge oversight.

Do we know if Atlassian has a ticket they are 'gathering interest' on?   I can't seem to find anything....

There is a feature request: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-14056. I found out through my support ticket. Let's get more votes on this.
