I'm using Jira Service Desk with a "Next gen service desk" Project.
I'm unable to find where can i change the email jira use to send emails to my customer.
By default it's something like:
I prefere to use my own support email on my own domain.

You are referring to project's sender email address.

Configure a project's sender email address
When you set the sender address for a project, all notifications are sent from this address. This setting is specific to the project and won't affect the configuration of other projects.
The 'Sender Address' for a project can be configured as follows:
This email address will now be used as the sender address in all email notifications sent by this project.
