Change default sender email

Hi,

I'm using Jira Service Desk with a "Next gen service desk" Project.
I'm unable to find where can i change the email jira use to send emails to my customer.

By default it's something like: 

jira@companyname.atlassian.net

I prefere to use my own support email  on my own domain.

You are referring to project's sender email address.

Atlassian documentation

Configure a project's sender email address

When you set the sender address for a project, all notifications are sent from this address. This setting is specific to the project and won't affect the configuration of other projects.

The 'Sender Address' for a project can be configured as follows:

  • Choose the Jira icon  > Projects.
  • Select Settings > Summary.
  • Under the Notifications section and click the pencil icon to the right of the Email address.
  • In the resulting Project Email Address dialog box, enter a valid email address in the Email field, and click Update.

This email address will now be used as the sender address in all email notifications sent by this project.
