Hola, cuando creo una incidencia en el backlog, aparece el nuevo ticket en la sección de "Incidencias" y luego debo cambiar su estado a "TODO" para poder visualizarla en el backlog. ¿Cómo puedo cambiar esa configuración?

You need to check the filter and quick filters that you have on the board. I am assuming that the all you are talking about is a quick filter which makes me believe that you have another filter in place.
