At the moment, tickets are opening automatically and taking the default sequence of hr-500, 501 and so on
Would it be possible to make the automatic calls take a different number from the calls opened manually on a daily basis

No, I don't think this is possible. The sequence of numbering can not be changed.
The only way to have a different sequence would be to create a separate Jira project for the automatic tickets.
May I ask what the purpose would be for the different numbering ?
