Hi @テスト 髙木 ,

Yes, it's possible to link multiple Microsoft Teams teams to multiple projects in Jira Service Management (JSM).

  • Using Jira Cloud App for Microsoft Teams: You can add the Jira Cloud app to multiple Microsoft Teams teams. This allows each team to access and interact with Jira issues directly from their respective Teams channels.

  • Jira Connector for Microsoft Teams: Utilize the Jira Connector for Microsoft Teams to link different Teams teams with specific Jira projects. This integration enables notifications, updates, and actions related to Jira issues within different Teams channels.

  • Use automation with Microsoft TeamsYou can set up automation rules to send messages to Microsoft Teams channels using the Send Microsoft Teams message action.

  • Webhook: This provides a webhook URL that Automation for Jira uses to send messages to your Microsoft Teams channels.
  1. Navigate to Microsoft Teams, choose More options (...) next to the channel name, then choose Connectors.
  2. Scroll through the list of Connectors to Jira cloud, and choose Add.
  3. Enter Jira cloud as the name for the webhook, upload an image to associate with data from the webhook, and choose Create.
  4. Copy the webhook URL to the clipboard and choose Done.
  5. Navigate In your Jira account, in the JIRA ADMINISTRATION>>System>> ADVANCED >> WebHooks.
  6. Click Create a WebHook to access the form for creating a webhook.
  7. Add a unique name for your webhook and add the following WebHook URL as the URL.
In the Events section, under Issue, select created, updated, or both. You may also apply the JQL filter, so that the connector would trigger only specific notifications.

  8. Do NOT select Exclude body option
  9. Click the Create button when you're done.

Also, if you feel my input help you please accept the answer.

Regards,
Bhushan
