Hello Atlassian community,
I have a customer who would like to work with Jira Service Management Portal, but does not want to communicate there all the time. Is there a way to make this work? The customer just wants to communicate all the time. I have no idea how to get the comments into the ticket in Service Management.
Do you have an idea?

Comment are possible in Jira Service management. Their is two type one "public" and one for "Service management team" "internal". What the customer exactly want to do?

I guess you can do something like that but you will have to open the service management project to everyone on the web. It will not be recomanded by Atlassian.

that's not what I want to do :) Do you know another solution? Should i ask atlassian support directly?
