I have Jira Service Management Cloud. I am an Office365 and Jira administrator.
We also have a shared mailbox in Office 365 with the address help@mydomain.com. Several people have access to this mailbox. I have even created a login technical@mydomain.com, which has access to the help@mydomain.com mailbox. Unfortunately, I cannot configure Jira to receive and send messages from the shared mailbox. I would like messages sent to help@mydomain.com to become tasks or comments on issues. Replies should also be sent from help@mydomain.com, as well as replies to those replies.
How can I configure this?
