Users create a ticket in the portal but don't receive the suggestions that are linked in Confluence. It works before but no only for agents. When a agent create a ticket for a topic he receive the windows with all sugesstions that has been documented in Confluence.
I checked the permissions in both applications but i still have the issue.
Do someone recognize this issue?

There are no restrictions on the space itself and users are allowed by anonymous access.
The JSD portal works with the add in Refined, but I would not immediately say that it has to do with it, I disabled it but gave no result there.

Have you confirmed that there are no restrictions on the Space itself in Confluence? Also make sure the permissions on the space allow for anonymous users or those users that will log in.
