I hope someone can point me in the right direction with this. We have linked Spaces in Confluence with our Jira Service Management Portal so customers can browse the articles. Many of the articles we have contain attachments, and while our internal Jira users can view the attachments on the articles in Confluence (below)
Customers on the portal viewing the article do not have the option of viewing the attachments, they can only see the text.
Could I confirm if this is an issue, by design or something that requires configuration?

We found a workaround is to include a url link to the attachment in the body of the article.
Customers can then click on the link to download the article.
However.....
I do agree it would be great if Atlassian could find a cleaner way for Confluence articles with attachments to present the links to customers in the portal. (Just saying)
