Connect with GSuite, but add them as Users, not as Agents.

My JSD work with "Only Invited User can join".
As I need to add many users I want to connect with GSuite (I'm a GSuite administrator). But I need them to be added as users, and not as agents.
Is this possible?
But I will have to add one by one, which is much more tedious.
I do not want to add them as a domain. But I want to import certain groups.

By users, you mean JIRA users, right? 

If so, it's possible by setting the default access to JIRA Core via https://<instancename>.atlassian.net/admin/apps

Make sure to uncheck the JIRA Service Desk.
