I have an integration between Jira Service Management and Opsgenie; the integration worked fine, it allowed to close the alerts/issues from opsgenie and JSM.
Now I have a problem closing an alert from Opsgenie, this does not close the issue in JSM

Reviewing the logs of the Opsgenie alert, it reflects the error:
When the issue is closed from Jira, the alert is closed in Opsgenie, but when the alert is closed from Opsgenie, the issue in Jira remains open.
