Hola comunidad!!
Estoy trabajando con el correo entrante y el manejador de correo, por el momento estoy logrando crear un incidencia a partir del correo electrónico.
Los campos de Summary y description se adaptan bien al contenido del correo, pero al adjuntar un archivo este no se visualiza en la incidencia.
alguna forma de solucionar esto o no es posible adjuntar archivos?

I hope you're doing well. I'm having the same problem. A ticket is created via email in Project A (where the email address is configured) and then cloned in Project B. Regarding the description, it's cloned correctly, but the automation log tells me that the attached file, which is a PDF, couldn't be cloned. I've already checked the permissions issue and whether the person who creates them has permission to copy attachments.
