Hi Community!
I have a Jira Service Management environment in which I have tickets for projects, like for example ProyectOne have tickets id = TK-1.
Those tickets can have different status like: Waiting for Customer, Waiting for Support, Pending, etc....
I need to create a table in which I can see the ticket ID (for example TK-1) and how much time that ticket is in those statuses. For active and closed tickets. For example:
Ticket ID | Waiting for Customer | Waiting for Support | Pending.
TK-1 | 1 Hour | 30 Minutes | 1.5 Hour.
How can I achieve this table? I tried to use some reports in Project and some gadgets from dashboard, but was not possible.
Can you please give a hand?
Thanks a lot!
Javier.
Hi,
Please check an example report in the eazyBI Demo account for a similar use case:
https://eazybi.com/accounts/1000/cubes/Issues/reports/61947-issue-days-in-selected-status
You may also wish to explore other reporting features with eazyBI in our Demo account: https://eazybi.com/accounts/1000/dashboards/14871-chart-types
Kindly,

Welcome to the community. Unfortunately, it is not possible out of the box. You can search for reporting add-ons (third party) in Atlassian Marketplace to provide you with that functionality. It is assuming you are trying to generate reports based on your issues (time tracking information for each issue's WF statuses)
One add-on that is excellent for reporting will be "eazyBI Reports and Charts for Jira" - https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211051/eazybi-reports-and-charts-for-jira?tab=overview&hosting=cloud
Take a look at this add-on. Here is our env, this an valuable add-on to have for us to generate similar reports that you are looking for.
Hope this helps.
