We (IT) are trying to create a forwarding or redirect rule that sends some notifications emails that we receive to our jira site (mhd@speptest.atlassian.net)
Our Outlook rule is as follows:
Condition: Subject includes-Antigena Email Notification
Action: Redirect to/Forward- mhd@speptest.atlassian.net
Our goal is to get the notifications sent to the email so that a ticket get's created.
We have tried both Forward and Redirect but both are not working. Thanks for any help.
We are also facing issues with this however, we can see a ticket creating yet outlook is reporting an error '
Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:
Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's email provider rejected it.
We can forward the message and then it creates but gives the message above afterwards. If leave a rule in place within Outlook to automatically send the ticket doesn't get created.
