Custom button/url in ui in a request (Cloud)

Hi,

I’m trying to determine if there is any way to create a custom ulr or a button based on other properties of a request in the ui for agents?

I need a url or button to a external system where the Reporters mail address is part of the query string. 

Plugins? If so which one?

This is for Cloud SD.

You might be able to do this with scriptrunner by creating a script which finds the email, adds it to a URL and then adds the URL including email to a customfield shown in the issue.

However, I'm not a 100% sure if this will be possible in Cloud, as I'm on a Data Center instance.
