Is it possible to set up custom outgoing mail in Jira Service Management?
when i go to outgoing mail in settings, its just shows blank

You can create custom mails via project automation. Go to your project -> project settings and choose Automation or go to the project settings -> customer notifications -> "Create custom notification" (leads you to the project automation, too.)
will email send from support@mydomain.com insted of support@myacc.atlassian.com?
