Our customer notifications emails look different than what appears in the template. The full URL is appearing next to the text that should be the link. When I receive a response from a ticket I post with Jira Support, the formatting is correct. What causes the formatting to be dropped on ours and includes the full request and notification URLs?
Any solution to this? We have exactly the same problem.
Found the solution in another post. In Atlassian portal, go to your profile and manage settings. Change Email notifications format from Text to HTML.

Also should be noted that the test send of the email notification is formatted correctly.
