We are seeing some of the customers are accidentally turning off the notification.
Is there a way not to display "Do not notify" me option in the customer portal ?
Hi @Cesar Gallardo welcome to the community! There isn't currently a way to do this, but there is a suggestion that was entered in Atlassian's Jira site (jira.atlassian.com) JSDCLOUD-6241 to do just that. Feel free to vote for and watch it for further updates.
There's also a similar one to notify whomever's assigned to it if it happens. That one is here:
I like the first option myself, to not let them do it in the first place if they are the reporter.
