Customer does not recieve invite email to service desk portal

Hello, folks,

I hope you can help me. I'm setting up a Jira Service Desk to give some help to my wife's company.

Recently we also established "Jira Software" there. Now I try to register my wife as a customer in my Service Desk. I created an organization and added her email address. But she doesn't get an invitation email. We tried to get her to sign in with her Atlassian account, but that didn't work either. Even when we clicked on "Reset password" in the portal, she didn't get an email.

I then tried to invite another email address (another one of mine) - that worked again without any problems.

At your EMailProvider we checked if SPAM is not synchronized, but all settings are set in a way that spam is not only not deleted, but forwarded to the inbox as usual.

What are we doing wrong? Can you help us ?

after the 3rd try, my wife recieved the e-mail and could login...

 

so there is no problem anymore.
