When I try to add a user to the Customer list of a service desk project the user is showing but when I navigate to a other page and go back no customer is showing in the customer list.
Customer users are showing in Jira User management -> Jira Service desk but are not showing in the Customer list of a project and I cannot add them to Customer organization because of that.
Update: It turned out to be an issue in Jira service desk service which was resolved.
I have a similar issue on server 4.6.1. It was working prior to the upgrade. Users show up under user management via the AD LDAP sync. Users do not show in the customer list.
