As an example, I'm looking at the default "Workload" report - this gives me the open tickets for everyone. And it shows in a nice bar chart.

However, I have five people in Team 1, four in Team 2 and the rest in Team 3. Is it possible to separate this Workload report into three charts showing the open tickets for the members of each team?

Or do I have to buy third-party software to do this?

Edit: This is Jira Service Cloud

Hi @Rajiv Balsavar

Yes, make a copy of your filter for each group and name appropriately

If you haven't already setup a group, go to Settings > User Management > Groups.

You need to add this to your search filter: assignee in membersOf("groupname")

And then setup a new chart for each linking to each of your filters for each group

It is possible to separate the Workload report into three charts showing the open tickets for the members of each team. You can do this by filtering by member in the Table View and then assigning work to the correct person in your project team.
