Customized automations, workflows and notifications based on customer

so

I run a support team that services a number of very different customer groups, and one of our key challenges has been that different parts of the business need a different experience, particularly with notifications, branding and workflows

 

Am I correct in assuming that the neatest way to do this is to create a separate project for each customer group, and then bring them together in the agent view?

Hi @ezra bibby , 

without going into various apps, it sounds indeed like separate projects would be the way to go. 

You can use dashboards for the agents view to bring everything together in a neat way.
