Hello. The default assignee function does not work, the task is set every time to a specific employee only, and not to the one that is selected as the default assignee.
How can I solve it?

In Jira Service Desk there are multiple ways in which you can automatically assign an issue to a specific user/agent like:
1. Depending on the request type
2. With the help of Automation rules
3. Using Components
In your scenario, its possible that multiple conditions are having conflict.
