Definir que usuario puede subir ticket de un tipo de solicitud específico

Hola estimados 

Tengo un proyecto de asistencia con multiples tipos de solicitudes en el portal, como puedo hacer para que  en un tipo de solicitud específica solo x usuarios específicos puedan levantarle un ticket.

Sí, es posible aplicar restricciones a los tipos de requerimiento configurados en tus portales de servicio según grupos, organizaciones, o usuarios específicos. El siguiente link contiene instrucciones para lograrlo:

In additional to what Camilo suggested, your other option is to create a different JSM project to host those specific request types, then control project visibility via Customer Permissions in the project settings for the portal UI on which customers can access the projects.
