We have a service project in JSM.
When you go to Project Settings - Fields, there is a field option there that is called 'Deliverable'. It's not linked to any screens.
We are trying to have away of tracking the benefits we get out of our continuous improvement initiatives. We are thinking we could use fields that we can denote how many hours we saved/money saved with each CI initiative. We thought we could use the Deliverables field.
I'm trying to link it to the issue/request type screens, but no matter how I try, I can't find this field anywhere. I've tried adding it to a Field Configuration scheme, no luck. I've tried linking it to a Issue Type configuration, no luck.
The only place I can see the field referenced is within the Service project, under Project Settings - Fields.
It is not a custom field, so it does not appear in the Global admin section under 'Issues'.
Any suggestions?

Seems like your field is not present on any screen.
Try to add your field to the create screen first and then add the field in your request type.
