I created a form and attached it to a request for a new service desk we're building out. At the bottom of the form is the "Other comments here", which I've linked to the "Description" field of the issue. However, when this is submitted by a customer, the "Description" field on the Issue view for the service desk all the formatting (from my example ticket, the Description shows as:

If you expand the "Attached Form" section of the ticket, it displays fine there.
