No, no es posible, de hecho, hay una sugerencia hecha a Atlassian llamada: Ability to redirect to Portal home page after creating a ticket
Te invito a que sigas la sugerencia y votes por ella para que tome fuerza y sea trabajada y tambien para que tengas los ultimos updates sobre la sugerencia/mejora.
