I've read all the posts....I've done all the steps.  I've disabled customer emails via customer notifications and deleted them in the app notifications.  The email still sends notifying the customer the issue is resolved.

I just took over this department and there are hundreds of open tickets that never got marked resolved.  I want to go through and click them all resolved so we can have a clean slate but I don't want to email customers about tickets that are two years old!  Help!!

Hi Mike,

Try as you might there is not currently a way to stop the customer notification when an issue is resolved (the resolution is set).

@Mike_Pemberton Couple things I would check.

  1. check the resolve transition and make sure there isn’t a post function that is sending the notification
  2. check the notification scheme to see what is listed for issue resolved. Remove all the project roles, groups, etc.
  3. move all the issues you need to update to a non-JSD project and use an “admin only” notification scheme so it doesn’t send any notifications. Then move all the issues back.
