If i have a project type " classic Business " Can my customers have an access on issues and these projects from Customer Portal ?
As projects classified as Classic Service Desk is allowed

I think that you should select ServiceDesk project type to use Customer Portal.
Basic, IT Services Desk or Customer Service.
If you need to manage Service Desk as "Classic Business" you can create Kanban board using the filter of this project.
