Atlassian Support wasn't able to recreate this, but I have users experiencing it (Windows 10 & 11 and in Edge and Chrome).
When opening a ticket, from filter results only, the internal vertical scrollbar is incomplete. I can't see the bottom of it. This doesn't happen from a queue, or when you do a single ticket search - only when opening it from a filter. Other users have it happen where it is missing from the top.
Does anyone know why this happens?

The new issue search view does not exhibit the same problem, so we are directing users to use that.
Hi Sue, what is your zoom level of the browser and your Scale of your monitors. I've seen strange things like that happen when the zoom level isn't 100%.
Apps are usually tested at 100%, and GUI issues can happen because they're not tested if the GUI is setup for different zoom levels.
