Does anyone know how I edit the email label?

Hi there,

When i make a comment on a ticket the email is sent to the requestor but i am not sure how to edit the email label so its a little more professional! (see image).

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi @Lewis Hillman , 

I don't know if we are talking about the same thing but you can change the email address used to send notifications in you project here:

1) go to your project settings

2) Select Notifications 

And you will see an screen like this one:

And clicking on Edit you'll be able to customize the email address.
