Does anyone know how to fix the JQL error below for open tickets on Microsoft Teams?

I received the below error after adding Jira Cloud to MS Teams. None of our tickets are loading.

Error in the JQL Query: Expecting a field name but got 'order'. You must surround 'order' in quotation marks to use it as a field name. (line 1, character 25)

Probably you forgot a " or an AND or an OR.  But it is difficult to say without the actual JQL query...
